Rebecca Young was named Chief Human Resources Officer at Advita in February 2026, bringing with her more than two decades focused on implementing comprehensive HR processes, launching people-centric KPIs, and driving cultural transformation. Prior to Advita, she served as CHRO at Profile Products and previously held senior HR leadership positions at BrightSpring Health Services, GE, and Smith+Nephew.

Rebecca’s passion lies in creating sustainable, values-driven workplace cultures that empower teams and enable business success. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in human resources, both from Purdue University.
