Juliane Park joined Advita as Chief Transformation Officer in September 2026, bringing extensive experience leading business transformation, strategic planning, and growth initiatives across consumer, healthcare, and retail organizations.

Prior to joining Advita, Park served as Chief Transformation Officer at Olaplex and Chief Strategy Officer at Hudson’s Bay Company. She also held leadership positions at CVS Health and Bluemercury, where she led retail Merchandising teams, and previously led strategy engagements at McKinsey & Company.

Park holds a Bachelor of Arts in Commerce and a J.D. from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Paul Haydock joined Advita as Chief Financial Officer in September 2026, bringing nearly 30 years of leadership experience across finance, operations, and general management within the healthcare and medical device industries. Prior to joining Advita, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Laborie Medical Technologies, where he led global finance, IT, and operations teams and supported significant growth and strategic initiatives.

Haydock previously held senior leadership positions with Cardinal Health and Smith & Nephew, including roles supporting orthopedic businesses and global finance organizations. Throughout his career, he has served in CFO, COO, and General Manager roles, bringing deep healthcare expertise, a strategic perspective, and a proven track record of driving operational and business performance.

Haydock holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Leeds, England.

Rebecca Young was named Chief Human Resources Officer at Advita in February 2026, bringing with her more than two decades focused on implementing comprehensive HR processes, launching people-centric KPIs, and driving cultural transformation. Prior to Advita, she served as CHRO at Profile Products and previously held senior HR leadership positions at BrightSpring Health Services, GE, and Smith+Nephew.

Rebecca’s passion lies in creating sustainable, values-driven workplace cultures that empower teams and enable business success. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in human resources, both from Purdue University.

Jorge Lopes was named Chief Operations Officer at Advita in February 2026. He brings 35+ years of medical device experience in end-to-end supply chain, manufacturing engineering, product development, commercial operations, process excellence, and organizational transformation in the medical device space.

Prior to Advita, Jorge spent over 25 years in orthopedics with DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson Company, and another seven years with Olympus Medical. Most recently, Jorge served as SVP of Global Operations at Argon Medical Devices with a focus on operational transformation.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in operations management, and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.

Christine Thomas was named Chief Quality, Regulatory and Clinical Officer in December 2025, bringing more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across regulatory affairs, quality systems, and clinical strategy in the medical device industry. In her role, Thomas leads Advita’s global quality, regulatory, and clinical functions, supporting the full product lifecycle from innovation and commercialization through post-market surveillance.

Prior to joining Advita, Thomas served in executive leadership roles at Femasys, IQVIA, RTI Surgical, Cardiac Science (now ZOLL Medical), Smiths Medical (now ICU Medical), Vascular Solutions (now Teleflex), Boston Scientific, and GE Healthcare.

Thomas earned a Bachelor’s of Applied Science from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Master’s degree in Regulatory Science from Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs.

Christopher Lin joined Advita as Chief Legal Officer in November 2025, bringing 20+ years’ experience as a corporate attorney, M&A professional and operations executive.

Prior to joining Advita, Lin served as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Pristine Surgical. He brings a broad range of expertise overseeing all matters related to legal, compliance, corporate governance, FDA matters, litigation, risk management, and corporate development. Lin also spent six years with Arthrex as Deputy General Counsel & Director of Corporate Development where he built and led the corporate development function, managed sales agency contracts, and advised executives on complex legal and regulatory matters.

Lin graduated Magna Cum Laude with an Artium Baccalaurei (A.B.) from Washington University in St. Louis and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from University of Michigan Law School.

Richard J. Friedman, M.D. FRCSC was named Chief Medical Officer at Advita in July 2025 and is a board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon.

Prior to joining Advita, he served as chief of shoulder and elbow surgery and professor of orthopedic surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, and an adjunct professor of bioengineering at Clemson University.

Dr. Friedman received his M.D. degree from the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine and completed residencies in surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital and in orthopedic surgery at the Harvard combined orthopedic residency program in Boston. He also completed a clinical fellowship in surgery at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore as well as clinical fellowships in surgery and orthopedic surgery at Harvard Medical School in Boston.

Laurent Angibaud was named Senior Vice President of Advanced Surgical Technologies Development at Advita Ortho in January 2025. He joined the company in 2004 to design and develop numerous medical devices, including the Optetrak^®, Optetrak Logic^® and Truliant^® total knee systems, as well as the company’s flagship technology, GPS^® guided personalized surgery. He has served in various leadership roles in the Engineering and Development over the years. He has been listed as an inventors on more than 150 patent applications worldwide. Also, he has authored numerous manuscripts and regularly presents his developments at scientific conferences across the world.

Angibaud received a degree in mechanical engineering from the National School of Engineers of Tarbes (ENIT, France).

Chris Roche was named Senior Vice President of Extremities at Advita Ortho in July 2021. He joined the company in 2003 and has designed and developed numerous medical devices since that time, including the Equinoxe^® Platform Shoulder System, the fastest-growing shoulder arthroplasty system in the world since 2004.

Roche received a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Mercer University, a master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Kentucky, and a master’s in business administration from the University of Florida. He has authored more than 150 manuscripts, ten book chapters and one ASTM testing standard, in addition to presenting more than 300 posters/podiums across the world. He is also listed as an inventor on more than 17 issued patent families. In 2025, Roche was elected into the prestigious American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering College of Fellows.

Adam Hayden was named Chief Marketing Officer at Advita Ortho in September 2020. Prior to joining the company, Hayden held various marketing, sales management, engineering and leadership roles for more than 20 years, primarily at orthopedic companies. Recently, he served as senior vice president of Sales and Marketing at Conformis with responsibility for global sales and marketing, product management, reimbursement, market access, corporate communications and medical education. Prior to his role at Conformis, Hayden held various senior marketing positions at Smith & Nephew and DePuy Orthopedics, which is now DePuy Synthes.

Hayden received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado and a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan. In addition, Hayden served as a Captain in the United States Army.
