GPS CT Upload Instructions
for Shoulder Cases

STEP 1

Sign in to AI One

On your desktop browser navigate to advita.com/aiOne.

  • Enter your AI One credentials and Select “Sign In”.
  • Note: Recommended browser Microsoft Edge.

STEP 2

Click on Shoulder Cases

Once signed in to advita.com/aiOne, click on “Shoulder Cases” on the left side.

STEP 3

Create a Case

On Shoulder Cases page, navigate to the “Create new Case” button at the left of the page to create a new case & upload a DICOM Folder.

Select Shoulder Joint

On the Shoulder creation page, select the Shoulder joint.

Step 5

Drag and Drop CT Series

On the Upload CT Scan step, have File Explorer (PC) or Finder (MacOS) open and ready.

  • Drag and drop your CT series directory or zip archive. Avoid encrypted folders, and files should be under 800MB.
  • Once successfully dropped, the site will read CT file(s) and give a confirmation once uploading is complete.
  • Note: If the case is exited while files are processing, files will be lost.

STEP 6

Review CT Images

Once the upload process is complete, series will populate, allowing you to select them and view each series.

  • Any series with an insufficient number of slices for processing will be marked with a red “!” and cannot be selected or viewed.

  • After clicking “View Series”, Axial, Coronal, and Sagittal planes can be viewed and manipulated using the sliding bar located under the CT preview.

STEP 7

Enter Case Information

Enter your desired patient iD, surgeon, and surgery date.

  • Surgeons can be easily found using the search function by typing in their name in the search bar. If you cannot locate your surgeon or they do not have an Ai One account, their name can also be manually entered using the “Other Surgeon” option.

  • If the planned surgery date is more than 6 months after the exam date, an alert will appear notifying you “The pathology may have evolved, and the 3D reconstruction may not be representative of patient anatomy”. You will be required to acknowledge that the surgeon is aware that the CT scan is older than 6 months from the surgery date.
STEP 8

Upload to AI One

Confirm your case information, then click the “Create Shoulder Case” button. You will receive confirmation when the case has been successfully uploaded.
