The Equinoxe Scapula Reconstruction System provides an innovative approach for acromial stress fracture fixation. The pre-contoured implants are designed to fit the anterior and lateral acromion with minimal deltoid interruption. For complex fractures requiring multiplanar support, specialized hook plates serve to aid in fracture fixation.

The low-profile, anatomically pre-contoured implants are intended to minimize intraoperative bending, with strategically placed hooks that support the scapula and counteract the pull of the deltoid and the biomechanical loading of the rTSA prosthesis.

  • Lateral double hook plate and screws designed to support the acromion and provide additional resistance against the tensile forces of the deltoid during healing

  • Designed to be used in conjunction with an additional plate
  • Designed to wrap around the trigonum to aid fracture fixation by providing additional resistance against tensile forces of the deltoid during healing

  • Anterior single hook plate and screws provide inferior support to the acromion against tensile forces of the deltoid
  • One length, left and right
